Post Production Service Terms

 

At Testament Productions, I aim to make each collaboration smooth, clear, and efficient. These general service terms outline how I work — particularly for clients hiring me on a day rate basis for editing, color grading, or delivery prep.

🔧 Scope of Work

I provide freelance video editing, color grading, DCP creation, and export optimization. Deliverables vary depending on your needs and are confirmed in advance.

 

💵 Day Rate & Payment Terms

Most work is billed at a day rate, agreed upon before the project starts. Rates vary based on the complexity and turnaround required. Invoices are due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged.

A deposit may be requested for larger jobs or to secure a booking.

 

🔁 Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions unless otherwise discussed. Additional revision time is billed at the standard day rate.

 

⏱ Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines are based on scope and will be outlined clearly before work begins. Rush fees may apply for urgent turnarounds.

 

📦 File Ownership & Portfolio Use

You retain full rights to the final exported deliverables. With your permission, I may share portions of the project in my portfolio or promotional materials.

 

❌ Cancellations

Cancellations after work has begun may incur partial or full payment for the time already worked.

 

📬 Communication & Client Notes

Clear and concise feedback keeps everything moving. Clients are encouraged to share time-coded notes (via tools like Frame.io or Otter.ai) to streamline the revision process.
